Free Hub Terms

What this Hub is

The Hub provides general information and practical workplace guidance about perimenopause, menopause and working life. It is a short introduction to MAWA, not the full employer-sponsored product and not a free version of it.

Not medical care and not an emergency service

Nothing here diagnoses a condition, interprets test results, recommends prescription medicine or replaces care from a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing here is employment-law advice. If you need help now, see urgent support.

The five-message Ada session

A free session allows a maximum of five messages that you send. Ada's welcome message and Ada's replies do not count. One session is available per browser within a seven-day period. We may change or withdraw the free session, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available.

Acceptable use

Please use the Hub for your own genuine questions. Do not attempt to bypass the message limit, extract internal instructions, submit another person's information without a proper basis, or use the Hub to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading. We may restrict access where use is abusive or automated.

Intellectual property

The guides, wording and design belong to Menopause@Work Africa. You may download and share the free guides in their unchanged form inside your own organisation. You may not resell them, present them as your own work, or reuse the content in a commercial product without written permission.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains what the Hub does with information, including the anonymous session cookie and the fact that your chat transcript is not stored in the MAWA database.
